From 10 February, the weekly Fanny, a leading player of the women’s magazine market, will boast a cover page of improved quality, plus four more pages, a new design and new columns to offer even more useful information and reader experience. Renewal is part of the publisher’s strategy; product development is aimed at increasing market share and reinforcing the value that the magazine established to date: offering a genuine, entertaining and touching read.

The new ‘Sztárvilág’ (World of Stars) column features major events and interesting tidbits from the world of movies, television, theatre and spots, and key moments from the lives of celebrities and persons of import.

In response to the readers’ needs, from now on the Puzzle column is extended to eight pages in order to offer more puzzles and interesting bits of information, which means that of all the weeklies, the Fanny magazine will have the largest number of puzzles.

The ‘Mozaik’ (Mosaic) column presents interesting places, facts and records from the world, and in the topic of the week column the magazine covers current domestic and international events that affect our daily lives.

In addition to the new columns, the renewed Fanny will offer even more content. The Kitchen column that has been extended to five pages will have even more recipes and useful tips for people who love cooking. The revamped Fashion and Beauty columns will continue to focus on readers: every week a non-professional model will be invited to showcase various sets of clothes put together for different occasions and body types, and to offer fashion tips.

Also, the weekly will have four more pages and a better quality front page, which will also extend the potential group of advertisers. Fanny will be published with a custom front page design that is unique in the Hungarian market: week by week an actual reader will be featured on the cover page.

The revamped Fanny will be supported by a five-week campaign. The total value of TV and radio spots, Citylight boards, plus in-store, printed and online media appearances amounts to HUF 150 million.
